The McCosh House is in Ash Creek Estates in East Dallas, about five minutes from White Rock Lake and the Dallas Arboretum and about 15 minutes from downtown and Lower Greenville.
It has a full kitchen with an ice maker, plus a furnished deck with a BBQ grill. There's a pool table and a piano, a record player, a 75-inch LG TV with 5.1 surround sound and a Klipsch subwoofer, and a 50-inch Sony in the guest room. You also get a workspace, a washer and dryer, and a Nest thermostat. Pets are welcome.

Honestly, probably the best Airbnb we've ever stayed at. It was VERY well stocked, especially with all the appliances and tools in the kitchen! Very roomy, accurate to the pictures, and clean!
