About the home
The McCosh Apartment is a studio apartment of about 600 square feet above the garage at the McCosh property, with its own entrance and stairs. It has a private deck up in the trees, a full kitchen with a farmhouse sink, a full bath, its own washer and dryer, a workspace, a walk-in closet and a smart TV. A mini-split handles both heating and air conditioning, and it works very well. It's very private, with no shared spaces and no shared walls. It's at the same address as the McCosh House, close to White Rock Lake. Pets are welcome.
Mitch remodeled the apartment himself before we started hosting it.

What guests say
Mitch was very friendly, responsive, and gave some great local recommendations that made the trip even better. The Airbnb itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Would definitely stay here again!
