The store
The Diamond Shop is at 100 E Main St in Ada, Oklahoma. Mike and Sandra Roberts run it, and it’s been family owned since 1962, now in its third generation. Mike is on camera, along with Kelly and the rest of the staff.
Before
The Diamond Shop already saw what Facebook could do. Most of what they posted, though, was reposted vendor content, with very little from their own store. So I came in to make posts from their own pieces and people. In September 2025 the page had 1,062 views.
What we did
I started on September 15, 2026, and October was the first full month. Besides the regular videos, carousels and photo posts, I built the store a full brand kit: a neon-sign logo in four versions, twelve icons and an animated logo. I also started a weekly review post called “Word on Main Street,” which turns the store’s real Google and Facebook reviews into posts.
What happened
- 15,497 Facebook views in September 2026, up from 1,062 in September 2025.
- The typical post went from 107 views in the first half of September, before I started, to 235 in the second half.
- 52 comments, up from none a year earlier.
The biggest post that month was the store’s own post celebrating 64 years in business, not one of mine.
